Phoenix Dwelling Consulting Solutions, LLC was founded on a conviction developed over more than a decade of enterprise security program management: that the security industry’s most persistent problems are not technology problems. Our Founder

Serena Bryson did not arrive at enterprise security program management through a conventional path. Her academic and professional foundation spans neuroscience research, sociology, and biology — disciplines that share a single underlying preoccupation: understanding how complex systems behave under pressure, why they fail, and what structural conditions produce resilience rather than collapse.

That systems-level lens turned out to be exactly what enterprise security program management requires — and almost nobody brings to it.
